Artix base runit iso hash doesn't match 29 November 2020, 09:59:34 I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this in, but it seems to be the closest to what I am trying to get out there. When I checked the sha256sum of the artix-base-runit-20201128-x86_64.iso from both the USA and 1st German mirrors I got:e37f1d5b8a7f61be1ef82bc922265e90df5467c76903e4954a3f725fdf9db1b5Where as the site says the sum should be:8f80061fe45de33cd1404a428d248cbb272245e26f631540dcdc89a00debdbb0Figured people should know.
Re: Artix base runit iso hash doesn't match Reply #1 – 29 November 2020, 23:15:37 Thanks for the report, the correct sum is indeed e37f1d5b8a7f61be1ef82bc922265e90df5467c76903e4954a3f725fdf9db1b5. Updated.[EDIT]: The original sum was the correct one, as created by the build server. Upon further investigation, the ISO wasn't rsync'ed correctly to the primary download server - hence the mismatch. The corrupted base-runit didn't even boot in bare metal and dropped into the console in VM. The mate-openrc image also suffered the same. Last Edit: 30 November 2020, 15:31:59 by nous
