@mogs, I'm using the same and I never got problem with Dolphin. My smb.conf is so setted:
# This option is important for security. It allows you to restrict
# connections to machines which are on your local network. The

hosts allow = 192.168.0. 127.
client min protocol = NT1
server min protocol = NT1
ntlm auth = ntlmv1-permitted

printcap name = /etc/printcap
load printers = yes
