dependency problem when running pacman -Syu

hello i apologize for any formatting or general problems with my post i never use forums
i tried updating the system and i am recieving this error:

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing libjpeg-turbo (2.1.1-1) breaks dependency 'libjpeg-turbo=2.1.0' required by lib32-libjpeg-turbo

for clarity i checked the repositories and libjpeg and lib32-libjpeg were updated an hour or so ago
i also have the arch repositories enabled
how do i go about fixing this or have i simply picked a poor time to try and update?
