Disable auto probe discrete GPU while some app starts

Hybrid graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5500M/AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 (AMD Ryzen 7 3750H).
Is there a way to disable auto switch/probe discrete GPU while some apps (Steam, gnome-2048, google-chrome-browser etc) startup? Switching on/off takes a few seconds, delays the app launch and is annoying.
Code: [Select]
DRI_PRIME=0 app
doesn't help. The app probes dGPU on startup.
Code: [Select]
pacman -Q | grep amd
amd-ucode 20220411.705f19a-1
xf86-video-amdgpu 22.0.0-1
Maybe there are some kernel boot options?

I think there may be some kind of block for such applications.
