elitedesk g3 with 3 internal drives and a dvd drive. no nvme just yet 19 May 2022, 22:56:39 i think everything is working now. I misplaced the unifying receiver for the keyboard and mouse. i have a spare but i didn't know how to do that in linux so i reinstalled windows for the sole purpose of running setpoint software to pair them up again.. I feel like a dullard for that. Need to change my host name too it seems. Luckily artix just needed an update...who knew disabling secureboot would be shuch a chore on this hp bios. they are worse than even dell. yuk!no overclocking system memory i see.i should just be glad i didnt throw away the power cord i bought as the pc didnt include one at time of purchase.sudo inxi -FxzmSystem: Kernel: 5.17.5-lqx1-1-lqx arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 11.2.0 Desktop: MATE v: 1.26.0 Distro: Artix Linux base: Arch LinuxMachine: Type: Desktop System: HP product: HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF v: N/A serial: <filter> Mobo: HP model: 8299 v: KBC Version 06.29 serial: <filter> UEFI: HP v: P01 Ver. 02.39 date: 11/17/2021Battery: Device-1: hidpp_battery_0 model: Logitech M570 charge: 95% status: discharging Device-2: hidpp_battery_1 model: Logitech Wireless Keyboard K360 charge: 100% (should be ignored) status: dischargingMemory: RAM: total: 31.24 GiB used: 1.04 GiB (3.3%) Array-1: capacity: 64 GiB slots: 4 EC: None max-module-size: 16 GiB note: est.
