User services?

Hi,

I noticed that Chimera has user services. Is that a thing that might be useful for dinit on Artix? I noticed they have a solution for that on their github here: https://github.com/chimera-linux/dinit-userservd

They seem to use a PAM module, and it might be useful to start user services like mpd, gpg-agent, etc on login.
