[SOLVED] Icon themes do not work

Hey, I did a base install of Artix Linux, added the universe repo as well as the Arch repos, and installed a Xfce desktop, and everything seems to be fine but the icons. I had this issue before, even on plain Arch, but I just installed another Icon theme and ignored it. Today however this became worse as my Icon theme is not getting applied, even Papirus did not work. The icon themes are not getting changed, and the ones that actually do change look very odd. Am I doing something wrong or does that have to do with the package being unstable?

Solved it by reinstalling everything.
