Waybar broken (needs to be recompiled with fmt v9)

As the title describes, waybar (in world) needs to be recompiled with fmt version 9, as it currently exits saying:

waybar: error while loading shared libraries: libfmt.so.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

For now, install waybar-git from the AUR.

The updated waybar-0.9.13-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst can be found in the goblins repo on the Artix mirrors.
