Grub Boot Entry Configuration

Hello

I'm not a complete newbie to Arch or Artix. But I, can't figure out why the grub boot menu on boot won't accept any configuation changes I've done.
After attempting to install the linux-zen kernel I've decided not to bother with it. NEVER got a grub boot menu for it. So uninstalled.

I chroot'ed into the Artix ISO image and reinstalled grub, linux, and linux-firmware.
Now ----> The artix-grub-theme doesn't appear at grub boot menu on startup.
Also lost my Windows grub boot entry.

Strange thing is Windows does appear in OS Prober doing:

The recent grub update usually breaks things if not followed by a re-installation on the disk. Something like

grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot --bootloader-id=grub

So best to perform chroot into Artix ISO for reinstall of grub . . .
