Unmaintained Packeg and Takover with Fork

Hi,

The sxiv is now officially unmaintained and dead. The nice folks took over and maintain nsxiv 'nsxiv.codeberg.page/. It would be nice to add it to the main Artix repo. We don't want unmaintained packages, do we?
Even Debian 12 has it, OpenBSD has it, Ubuntu has it, its not like its a major package that should be tested its a drop-in replacement with fixes.  AUR doesn't count.
