Posting output without the command that generated it only tells half a story....

virtualbox-ext-oracle is an AUR package.
If you are updating with pacman it doesn't know where to find the new AUR virtualbox-ext-oracle (7.0.8-1)

If you are using an AUR helper and it's failing to work out the dependencies then just remove virtualbox-ext-oracle, update system / virtualbox, then install virtualbox-ext-oracle again.
