New package: check-link-consistency-git

I decided to add a package to the AUR for a git version of the extremely useful check-link-consistency by @dimgel

I appreciate that there's also a package in Universe, and this isn't meant to replace it. As with all *-git packages this is meant for people who wish to build from a recent commit (plus it adds a PKGBUILD for vanilla Arch users).

Part of the reason for this post is that I'm still new to Arch/Artix packaging. I've tested the PKGBUILD on two different Artix systems, but if there are any problems feel free to let me know.

Funny, thanks. :) Always was too lazy to dig into packaging myself. Reminds me old joke I vaguely remember, something like: "no I am not a programmer, I am sysadmin: it's drunkard trying to make use of what drug-addicts have written".

I'd say that's more or less accurate  ;) It's weird, I'm in my last term as a computer science major and I really hadn't thought about packaging much before. That's usually the other guys problem. I was looking at some PKGBUILDs though and it's really just a bunch of variables with a few simple functions. So I figured if there's a useful package missing I might as well just add it myself.
