Broken packages in [extra] / [community]

There are a few packages in Arch's community and extra repo which do not work on Artix due to library errors.

Two examples are keepassxc (libjson-* missing) and transmission-qt (doesn't find any peers). After recompiling them without systemd both work as expected.
