zramen is in the obsolete Universe group and it is out of date

It seems that the pkg source of zramen is in the long abandoned [Universe](https://gitea.artixlinux.org/Universe?sort=recentupdate&language=&q=zram) and is [unmaintained since 2021](https://packages.artixlinux.org/?search_criteria=zram&limit=50).

As the only utility service to manage zram swap space in Artix Linux, personally I hope zramen and its related init packages got maintained and migrated to the [Artix Linux Packages)(https://gitea.artixlinux.org/packages). It is a simple script and should be easy to maintain.

Apart from the regular pkg update, I propose to add an envfile entry in the s6 packaging:

```bash
envfile /etc/s6/config/zramen.conf
```

It is also [requested](https://forum.artixlinux.org/index.php/topic,4539.msg29222.html#msg29222) by @Funami in 2022.

zramen seems to be maintained, because the package is available in the galaxy repository:
