Mesa 1:24.2.3-1 leaks file descriptors

As in title, mesa leaks a lot of descriptors; just run:

ls /proc/self/fd
Upstream issue exists (here), but pr mentioned in comment still isn't merged.

I downgraded mesa (and vulkan-mesa-layers) to 1:24.1.6-1 and this version works.
