Waiting for udev uevents to be processed hangs

Hello, I am running artix64 runit, and I have the title's problem. After 1-2 minutes, the system logs in normally. Sometimes, there are weird problems like no internet connection, plasma crashing, and system lag for 1 minute. Other times, there are system resets, especially when no application runs in the background.
