Courtesy of chatgpt these are the same timezone

Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (Vietnam)
Asia/Phnom_Penh (Cambodia)
Asia/Vientiane (Laos)

So if they exist pick one of them for the install and then you will be able to change to Asia/Bangkok once installed if it bothers you (It would me)

Then pick one from the list and manually symlink /etc/localtime to /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Bangkok after installation. Not sure why the list isn't complete but I don't think I've ever bothered setting a timezone during install.
