I use Runit, XFCE, Intel card
I have to add any auxiliary to make Bluetooth work
I have installed bluez bluez-runit bluez-utils pulseaudio-bluetooth blueman

I fixed the error
Need to install:
pacman -S bluez bluez-runit bluez-utils pulseaudio-bluetooth
pacman -S blueman
ln -s /etc/runit/sv/bluetoothd /run/runit/service
sv start bluetooothd
sv restart bluetoothd
#Done
