I often search for something and the search doesn't give me any results, but I have to wait 40 seconds.

I'd like to be able to search more often without having to wait to long. It would be nice, if the rate limiting would use maybe sth like a token bucket (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Token_bucket).
