Title: texdoc spits out error: texlive.tlpdb missing

I'm trying to use texdoc, but
Code: [Select]
$ texdoc babel
texdoc error: No texlive.tlpdb nor shipped tlpdb data found.

A quick search made it sound like that file should be provided upon installation.

I have world/texlive-core 2020.54593-2 installed.
