not sure if this is the right forum but...
i want to use ly (https://github.com/nullgemm/ly) as dm, wondering it might be possible to add a ly-s6 package

Well there's no ly package in our repos or Arch's so I don't think we'll be adding any ly-${init} packages anytime soon in the repos.

There is a github fork of it with a runit service that might make it easier for creating an s6 counterpart.

That's AUR. Anyone can put anything into AUR.
