Title: [Solved] Downloaded artix-base-runit-20200214-x86_64.iso
Post by: Zod on 07 September 2020, 22:56:01
It insists on installing openrc. I tried to basestrap runit but it conflicted with openrc.

Is it supposed to do that?

I downloaded it from...

you cannot install just the init alone, has to be "base openrc" for example.

and yeah, refer to guide.

Yeah, the interactive switch fixed it (basestrap -i /mnt base runit base-devel yadda yadda).

Then it gives you the opportunity to choose elogind-runit.
