Title: Deepin install help
Post by: miauriel on 02 November 2017, 02:26:02
I installed with plasma, and wanted to install deepin.

After installing deepin and the extras, I input greeter-session=lightdm-deepin-greeter in lights.conf, but when I logged out and selected deepin only the background and the home icon appeared.

Any thoughts to make this work please?

Dear Lord, no I didn't. I'll check out the how to's and do the change. Afterwards I'll report back here to change the topic to reflect solved status.

No no, it's just your choice. I said lightdm becasue you set that as your greeter.

Couldn't get this to work. I decided to do an install of deepin manjaro and migrate.

Thanks however!
