the siplest way to me seems to be to use GParted live and play with partitions as you wish.

Before doing anything I am WARNING you to backup all your files because you may lose them during the process.
Title: Move Pacman to /home/pacman and make symblinks so pacman does not comply space

Have you used LIVE medium? USB with GParted ? in that case it should work (depends on filesystem).

Regarding space, clear your pacman cache /var/cache/pacman (is it?) and maybe find a way how to place this case to other location.

Cleared and worked
