has minizip-1:1.2.11-4-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz for example.
But this page does not exist:
https://gitea.artixlinux.org/packagesM/minizip

Although the vast majority are present, cumulatively there seem to be quite a lot that aren't.

It's a split package. It's a part of zlib (https://gitea.artixlinux.org/packagesZ/zlib).
