Looks like you can get 3.11 with python-git, if you don't mind building it yourself! Having said that I think a whole bunch of other stuff has to be rebuilt against the new version so it would probably not be quite so easy to do this in practice, I haven't tried it.
Python-3.10 should be appearing in the goblins repos within the next days or week.
