Title: Chroot’s null internet connection

How come as being within chroot internet connection is gone off, how to solve ?

How are you entering chroot? Are you calling artix-chroot?

As @strajder said, you need to do artix-chroot /mnt

artix-chroot /mnt /bin/bash

if still not working, try to start dhcpcd process
