Title: glibc out of date
Post by: Relih on 01 February 2022, 21:50:48
If I haven't somehow missed something the glibc (and related c toolchain components) are quite out of date and could use a rebuild.
According to pacman the build date of the current version is 13 May 2021

There are already some offered PKGBUILDS in this thread https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=270662 so maybe that speeds things up too.

I was looking into if there was any reason why the nim package wasn't getting updated (still hasn't been) a while back and found this:

Yeah I noticed, not that it really springs into peoples faces which is probably why it has been simmering for so long.
