Title: [Solved] Steam wont launch through start menu on cinnamon de

When I try launching steam through the start menu on cinnamon it doesn't launch. The weird thing is that it launches just fine through the terminal and the start menu on xfce.
Using 5.16.8 kernel Dinit nvidia gpu

I just tried both steam runtime and steam native from cinnamon and it works fine here. How did you install steam?
