after Artix latest update

you could try downgrade command but you might have to build it from the aur.

something like

sudo downgrde icu
might give yo the option you are looking for.  and it might help or it might break something else that is using the newer icu version you uograded to..  i dont have a working pc until next week so it's hard for me to say what your outccome might be.

or

you might try downgrading audacious instead?

There's sneedacity in [universe] which I just happen to use and tested to work. You may use it until your mirrors sync.
