Post by: mardiyah on 06 June 2022, 09:06:18
The brightness setting, on XFCE openRC, suddenly not giving effect at all, only  respond user GUI mouse click,
what package is brightness setting is in so it'll be updated ?

This very likely due to the /root directory accidentally got deleted as it happened next to then

Any correct idea to solve in shortest & simplest time & way?  thanks before

I don't understand, you're saying you can only change brightness through GUI?
What other way do you expect it to work that it doesn't work?

/root getting deleted doesn't have anything do with it.
