Title: Do remapping a key to another in openRC Xfce

How do we remap a key to another in openRC Xfce desktop all-most-update environment ?

Numpad - key  is to be 2nd ESC key

How to accomplish it correctly?

Got the low level setting but need systemd implementation (how the openRC one?) :
