Title: Update the ly diplay manager package

The ly display manager package for artix puts the runit service file in "/etc/sv" intead of "/etc/runit/sv". https://gitea.artixlinux.org/ndowens/ly (https://gitea.artixlinux.org/ndowens/ly).

ly is a package in universe and it does not install any service scripts. What you linked is a really old fork from one of the maintainers not what's packaged in universe.
