Title: [universe] missing runit scripts for ckb-next

There isn't a runit script for ckb-next in the universe repo. I am forced to get it from the AUR now, but I get a warning stating it's newer than the ckb-next version in the universe whenever I update my system.

where's the runit script in the aur?

I don't understand what you are saying about the AUR, anyways I added the script to universe.
