Title: confused about repos
Post by: ceratophyllum on 01 September 2022, 17:30:14
I get "system, " but I'm unsure of extra, galaxy, community, world. Lately I have been having trouble with PGP errors trying to install lib32-this_and_that for wine because I had multilib enabled in pacman.conf; however, I disabled multilib and enabled lib32 and now wine's lib32 crap installs fine.

What is lib32-gremlins? Do you mean it is bleeding edge, ie. testing?

So is multilib out of date? Should I just continue to use lib32? I just want have access to lots of packages to avoid having to build stuff from AUR.

Nevermind, I found this page:

Again, most important is to order the Arch repositories after the Artix repositories, so Artix repositories take precedence over Arch repositories. Do not enable community alone as it contains packages dependent on others in extra.
