Pandora's box.
I would not be surprised to see some programmers starting to use new licenses stating "May not be used by Red Hat".
After all much (probably most) of their paid product is composed of the work of others, obtained at no cost.

if i were a user of rhel services i would def think 2x or more about moving to a company with better ethics.

I have to believe tbe fault exists with the writers of gpl for allowing this loophole to exist
