I have world/thunderbird 115.2.2-1 installed (and reinstalled) but when I run it, the main page says it is Thunderbird Daily, with a warning about potential instability. Help/About also says 115.2.2, but the Release notes link goes to a page about Thunderbird Daily not about release 115.2.2. I wouldn't expect a daily version to have a release type version. So - it the Welcome to Daily no really supposed to be showing, or am I misunderstanding something about the packaging of Thunderbird, or ....? (Note I have not actually experienced any problems, but am just curious.)

I match your "world" entry (except for time zone, I'm in EST) but I do not have the "extra" repository defined. I also just removed thunderbird from my cache and re-downloaded/installed and it still shows the warning about being the Daily version.
[edit for clarity]
I have 115.2.2-1 installed and I do not get this warning.
Did you use the daily edition before? Maybe there are some leftovers?
hello,
i also use thunderbird, currently at the last version, 115.2.2-1 , and i also have this "warning" message, when i launch TB
(https://rehost.diberie.com/Picture/Get/f/215214)
It comes from the settings (general > home page)
right now, it is set with an url starting with https://live.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/start/.
nothing to worry about :)
Very strange. This is a PC I don't use often, and I just checked again, and now I do NOT see this warning. The homepage is configured to the Firefox (Default) not to any URL. Perhaps some updated fixed it for me, or perhaps I have poltergeist, but all seems good, at least for the moment.
