The Artix wiki page wiki.artixlinux.org/Main/Repositories (https://wiki.artixlinux.org/Main/Repositories#Stable) has a stance

When I visit this URL, I get an HTTP error 404 not found.

Good catch. Someone needs to replace that link with https://gitea.artixlinux.org/packages/artix-mirrorlist/src/branch/master/mirrorlist

The link on this page in my browser is different and correct, and works as designed.
Maybe this is a caching issue?
