I installed the Plasma+Dinit version of Artix. I originally set it up with English UK language and Slovene/Slovenian keyboard(aka my language preference). I then updated the system and installed Wayland (changed to breeze). Now the keyboard map reset and I can't figure out how to change it back. I don't know any obvious commands or see any options in settings.
/etc/vconsole.conf is showing
KEYMAP=slovene
Sorry if it's a noobie question it's my first time without x11.
Also I get this error on trzing to add a new language:
KCM currently doesn't support auto locale generation on your system, please refer to your distribution's manual to install fonts and generate locales
On the login screen it shows SI language but if I log out and try log in again it shows US only.

Thank you for the reply. I have tried that command but it didn't work for me. Maybe I managed to ruin something the previous time but changing it in settings just worked after reinstalling. Under settings>input devices>layouts>configure layouts.
Hi,
I'm assuming that the goal is to configure for Slovenia. the iso code-2 needs to be added, so I think it's
siKEYMAP=si
You can improve configuration with properties below, but I don't know correct settings for your country. You may find information's with links.
Note that there may be some differences in structure and commands between Artix and Arch, but the contents of vconsole remain the same.
