Title: MPV Jerky Playback
Post by: sonar on 19 November 2023, 11:02:13
1. Play any video
2. Pause, wait a few seconds
3. Click Play
4.See what happens.

Its 100% repeatable and has been going on for ages. Its unacceptable. Never ever such thing happened on Apple, Windows, Android and so on. Its totally unacceptable.

I don't have any problems. Perhaps you can describe what troubles you a little more precise?

Seems identical to the top description of "jerky" playback pause/unpause. Its exactly like mine: JERKY. Unresolved. Going on for ages:

Did you try any suggestions from that theme?

0.37 had some changes. Its kind of working now 99% of the time.
Another issue is that I had to install the GUI (SMPlayer) from sources. The one in Artix is not compatible with the new pause/play method.
