Happens so often each time after doing
pacman -Syu,
icu issues some that is due to it is being too ahead from many program/softwares depend on it
one e.g. of them is xfce4 terminal really need to get working back normally
$ xfce4-terminal
xfce4-terminal: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.73: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
$ sudo pacman -S icu

Please explain how come so, and how works to mitigate or solve completely
