I checked three main mirrors and neither of them have plasma-workspace.pkg.tar.zst, which is required for KDE Plasma.

For now, can you pls try:

pacman -U https://archive.artixlinux.org/packages/p/plasma-workspace/plasma-workspace-5.27.10-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
