Title: Discover not working
Post by: AntonyZ0 on 07 May 2024, 12:00:27
Hello, I am trying to install the new Amarok from here: https://apps.kde.org/el/amarok/ by clicking the right square "Install on Linux."
After that, opens plasma explorer, but an error occurred says "unable to open appstream://org.kde.amarok because it was not found in any available software repository".
Also, discover homepage says, "Unable to load applications".
Finally, I tried to send the error to the Artix bugs session (https://bugs.artixlinux.org/login_page.php), but the forum passwords are not working. Can I sign up with another way?

Not 'of course' if you didn't state it. Have you read some of the other 'issues' which get posted on here ?

Discover simply has no artix appstream data, it uses arch's.
If anyone is motivated and has the time to make the artix-appstream-data for these "app stores", please stand up.  :)

Which means that not working is normal...right?
