Title: Unity3D/2D installation
Post by: p_y_c on 07 July 2024, 11:32:00
What is the recommended way to install Unity on Artix? For Arch it is part of the AUR package. (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Unity3D) I am wondering if installing will lead to any issues with the existing repository, seeing as some AUR packages install systemd.

unityhub (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/unityhub) package from the AUR is exactly what I'm using, never had anything bad happen that wouldn't have happened on Arch or any other distro ;)

Are there any specific packages you're concerned about? I've never had to install weird systemd dependencies but my use might be different.
