Title: Artix kernel default config
Post by: Sero on 23 October 2018, 08:01:33
How did the current config come to be? Is it arch-based or has it some totally different lineage?

Only looked into this the other day, I had to compile a new one (hardened, they have no kexec support by default) for an arch system and I diffed the configs, they didn't look like they were related at all, and most of the options that differ, I don't even know what they do.

I'm trying to eventually end up with a minimal config (pappy kernel seed style) that works for me.

It's Arch-based, plus or minus some options (like the infamous no-such-agency speck).
