Been using (dinit) KDE plasma.
But on latest kernels I'm having stability issue with VRR turned on.

So maybe I should install hyprland next to my plasma session.
Can somebody share steps "for dummies" to have basic hyprland alongside plasma in our eco system?

Just install linux-zen and test if it works. If it does, then I don't see a point going through the hoops. And if you do, just follow any standard Arch tutorial, it's pretty much the same as for installing Sway or i3wm. Obviously, you'd have to setup a lot more stuff than in Plasma, so beware.
Installing Hyprland alongside Plasma can be a fun switch. For a "starter" setup, you’ll need to install Hyprland through your distro's package manager or build it from source. Make sure you have a Wayland-compatible login manager (like SDDM) and dependencies like wlroots installed. Configure a separate session for Hyprland, and you should be good to go!
Yup! One note though: since v42, Hyprland has dropped wlroots as a dependency. It uses Aquamarine as a backend now.
