Package calibre - E-book management (https://calibre-ebook.com/) - has been added to the omniverse repository
artist
Thank you, Artist.
I re-enabled omniverse (cause it's so useful) but calibre is not showing in my list (other packages like 64gram or claws-mail-git are instead).
How is the setup of the omniverse repo in your pacman.conf file?
Like in https://wiki.artixlinux.org/Main/Repositories#Omniverse ?
As a workaround you can install Calibre using:
pacman -U https://omniverse.artixlinux.org/x86_64/calibre-7.23.0-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Yes, I copy/pasted the config snippet and did a "pacman -Sy", I already have calibre from Arch's extra repository, but I wanted to warn you, in case there is a problem on the repository.
Hello,
calibre is well listed on :
https://omniverse.artixlinux.org/x86_64/
If I run :
sudo pacman -Sy calibre
I get the following response :
error : could not find target : calibre
And yet a long time ago I added the omniverse repository to /etc/pacman.conf :
[omniverse]
Server = https://eu-mirror.artixlinux.org/omniverse/$arch
Server = https://omniverse.artixlinux.org/$arch
Referring to the responses above, I have just tried installing calibre and in my case also it is only available from 'extra' repo.
My pacman.conf is configured as in the wiki.
Mirror https://eu-mirror.artixlinux.org/omniverse/x86_64/ is currently not syncing correctly:

There is no calibre in there yet, so
Server = https://omniverse.artixlinux.org/$arch
needs to be moved to the top in /etc/pacman.conf

Oops, I should have thought of that and tested that server.
Thank you !
I can confirm that moving the repository as indicated fixes the issue for me.
Thx for the feedback.
Info reached me that the mirror problem has been fixed.

Btw: Whats about "The other Side of the Medal": Sigil and PageEdit?
Just a Thought. I don't need them.
