Ghostty terminal is now in the omniverse repository.
It is based on GTK, and in general meant for Gnome.

It has just come out of beta so be prepared for issues and changes, even features being permanently removed.
Currently it constantly produces debug info; I'll see if this can be disabled or suppressed somehow.
