transmission package (im using transmission-cli) from world repo failed to load shared library libminiupnpc.so.18 and needs update.

miniupnpc from world is now offering libminiupnpc.so.19

Looks like the way Arch abruptly dropped `libtransmission` screwed with our update checking tool. Completely missed this one. Anyway should be good once your mirror syncs.

is there any word on why they dropped libtransmission?

You can read about it here (https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/transmission/-/issues/3). Basically it's a static lib which isn't ideal and only existed to satisfy torrential which is no longer in the repos.
