world/ncmpcpp (version 0.10.1-3)
depends on libicui18n.so=75-64 and libicuuc.so=75-64,

but system/icu (version 76.1-1)
provides libicui18n.so=76-64 and libicuuc.so=76-64.

This one seems to have been resolved. galaxy/scribus still has this issue (https://forum.artixlinux.org/index.php/topic,7809.0.html).
